• Identify core values of Tenaday.org by narrowing down identity and core mission.

• Investigate how to multiply funds, by designating operations teams to grow businesses for the purpose of funding the organizational mission in a sustainable manner, instead of solely relying on contributions.

• Investigate and decide regulatory path i.e. Register 501 (C) (3) for non profit status, registers and operate as a for benefits corporation with the ability to accept donations and build businesses which can support future of the foundation.

• Investigate utility plan for Tenaday Membership token and begin distribution to churches. 

• Determine Initial Funding goals.

• Investigate Growth and Sustainability formula to ensure continued ability to succeed in core mission, even if contributions were severed.

• Determine initial Marketing Strategy for increasing membership, growing fund base, talent and community engagement.
